The 10th Annual New Braunfels Día de los Muertos Festival celebrates remembrance, culture, art, and community in the heart of downtown. Activities include three stages of live music, mariachi, folklórico and Aztec dancers, a procession parade, community ofrenda, art exhibition, children’s activities, cultural food, and more than 100 vendors.

The 14th Annual Muertos Fest is one of San Antonio’s largest Día de los Muertos celebrations. More than 80 altars, multiple stages of music and performances, remembrance processions, workshops, food, artwork, children’s activities, and the Muertos Mercado fill Hemisfair during the three-day celebration.

Experience the vibrant Día de los Muertos public art and educational displays as part of the 2026 Texas Día de los Muertos celebrations. Río de la Vida: Tradition Trail River Cruise — San Antonio

Join this guided river cruise to experience the Día de los Muertos Tradition Trail from the water. Visitors can witness public artwork and learn about the history, symbols, and remembrance traditions integral to Día de los Muertos festivals in Texas.

Annual Day of the Dead River Parade — San Antonio

Date: Friday, October 23, 2026

Parade start: Approximately 7:00 p.m.

Location: San Antonio River Walk

Admission: Reserved seating requires a ticket; a limited standing-room viewing area is free

Watch decorated river barges featuring ofrendas, La Catrinas, costumed participants, music, and cultural artwork float through downtown San Antonio as part of the Texas Day of the Dead celebrations. The parade starts near Lexington Avenue, and the first float should arrive at the Arneson River Theatre around 7:45 p.m. Free standing-room viewing is available along part of the route starting near East Commerce Street.

Visitor information: Children aged two and older need tickets for reserved seating. Strollers, carriers, and ice chests are not permitted in ticketed River Walk seating areas.

14th Annual Muertos Fest — San Antonio

7th Annual Dallas Día de Muertos Parade & Festival
